Dear Dr. Myint:
Most patients don’t take the time to thank the people and the physician who perform procedures, answer the telephone, maintain client contact and correctly bill the patient’s insurance carriers.
First, I want to thank Dr. Myint for his expertise, his vast knowledge, his exemplary skills, and his gentle patience with my treatment. I so appreciated hearing his voice to reassure me that what I was experiencing Wednesday and Thursday were merely minor side effects of the surgery and the Botox injections.
Dr. Myint – THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I’m happy to report that the redness is minimal, and while I’m still using very small pieces tape to keep the bottom lashes away from my eyeball, my eyes are truly open for the first time in almost 2 years !! The eyelid swelling is rapidly subsiding as well. The Tobramycin is working beautifully and doesn’t even sting anymore.
I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to be able to drive and perform my job duties without having to hold my eyes open. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. !! Your entire staff is a direct reflection of the gentleness and professionalism that you are.
Kim – Your calm and reassuring demeanor is such a relief when a patient is scared and not sure where to turn. Your suggestions and willingness to accommodate all of my questions and unscheduled office visits are greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your understanding and encouragement. I truly, truly appreciate it. THANK YOU !
Tenille – You are the most awesome billing person I have ever worked with. It’s like you make bill paying fun, and BY that, I mean that patients can trust that you will do the right thing, do it promptly, and for the maximum benefit and timeliness of both your office’s practice and the patient. I don’t have to do follow up work with either my primary or secondary insurance carriers, because I can trust that you’ve already handled the matter. I can’t begin to tell you what a HUGE relief that is. Your professional, yet genuinely warm personality is truly an asset to the office, and again, I find comfort in talking with you. THANK YOU !
And Miss Julia – In all my years in the work force and dealing with thousands of medical offices during my career, I honestly have to say that your warm and friendly personality clearly shines through when you answer the telephone. In person, you are always so cheerful and friendly and genuinely caring, which has an immediate calming effect when a nervous patient walks through the door. If I’ve ever had to change an appointment, or come in sooner than my scheduled appointment date, you have always been most gracious in accommodating my schedule or needs. THANK YOU !
In closing, I just have to say that my experience with Eye and Facial Plastic Surgery of Las Vegas has been absolutely wonderful and I will recommend your office to any friends, family members or clients who require your services.
ALL of you are a blessing in my life, and it is through all of the wonderful attributes I mentioned above that I am finally able to achieve healing of a situation that has burdened me for a long time. I am so very grateful that there are still intelligent and caring professionals in this world.
